Oh boy...
I assure you the price of your watch had little to do with the quantity of Ti used to make it. A gold rolex contains just over 2 ounces of gold that costs about 3,400 dollars, yet retails for over 25,000 depending on model.
You can't equate the cost of PV's to watches based on raw...
Not a lot I can say here...I know who you're talking about. I have no idea what his personal experience was.
Did the guy miss a few self imposed deadlines? Yep.
However, was he easy to get a hold of and was the mod exactly as he said it would be? Also yes. He texted me pictures and videos...
It's very nice, well worth the wait. The quality is top notch, the switch has no issues. He included several different spacers for different throws so I can have anything from a 1mm throw to like 7-8mm with an AW battery.
Anodizing is absolutely gorgeous. Fires at full power with only coil...
Hopefully Vabeach is reading this....he's waiting on his Ti Blue Fox.
This weeks Vapemail:
Left to right: Titanium Blue Fox, 18500/18650. Polished Hellfire Mega on Polished Caravela, Polished P+ 18350 and a Jug.
I don't think I fit into the smart category but I've made a few:
Cross cut your mesh. This is going to make it 10 times easier not to kink the bend. You want a strip of mesh with the grain running diagonally across it. This will make any wick you real extremely springy and easy to bend. After...
Your name should appear on the bottom of the list here within a few hours or a day:

This is kind of a hard one to answer. As I moved away from traditional wick building process a few months ago starting with the Petar K method I found that all the normal wick logic doesn't apply. It's all about the path of least resistance. I don't have problems with tank shorts using this...
You're firing it a lot, I usually start with a I dunno...3.8 battery, oxidize my wick and start vaping on a fresh battery.
It's not going to kill your batteries or anything like that or make them last less time overall.
It's probably up to an 8 month wait right now for Caravelas and he's only making 1000 total.
You can find more info here: Caravela Mods including an order form. No money is due until it goes into production.
First time might take a while...it did for me as well. It eventually becomes a 2 minute process.
Hardcore metallic taste is generally an indication of a short or a coil drying out quicker because it's not touching the wick. If you fire it in the upright position does one coil consistently glow...
I agree with you on most things. You're an intelligent, well spoken and knowledgeable guy. I've always listened to your advice and value your opinion.
I also understand that what we are doing is not completely safe and there are chemicals and chemical reactions that we don't fully understand. I...
If it's what I just googled that's not really for me.
I can always just order more Caravelas or learn to deal with the Chi You or Poldiac slight difference.
Yea I'm petty about stuff like that. Gaps and circumference differences bother me :|
Wouldn't it be fantastic if all atomizers and battery tubes came standard at 22mm.
Thanks for the information, really appreciate it.
It was the only thing stopping me from buying it last night. Kind of wish it was 22mm not 22.6mm but I guess you can't have it all :)
Yea I think it's limited too...got on it a bit late as some finishes I wanted are no longer available, unfortunately.
Really wanted a shiny button not satin, so I'm a little undecided at this point. Yea it's petty I know...and I can probably shine it up myself anyway. Are the button engravings...
Actually question for you since you have one...
This isn't clear from his site. He's got a price of 160 Euro and says it comes with all three battery tubes. I assume that it has to come with all three pants as well?
You can buy some of that stuff extra, and you don't strictly need to use the...
