    If vapor isn't bad you should consider letting the wick break in.... Run a couple tanks through it, flavor is a little off on a new wick.

    But to be clear what are the problems? No Vapor? Look at your coil from the top and make sure your coils(Especially around the back between the positive post and wick) are not too far off the wick. Too far = no vapor, no flavor and terrible vape.

    It's actually not complicated at all. I find it faster over all. I don't have a single oxidized wick lol. Not oxidizing takes less time.

    Oh....it happend! I polished out the serial number ring, it used to be brushed. The stress was because I didn't want to touch or fade the serial number at all. Mission accomplished. I might go put a brushed finish on the locking ring...not sure.

    I had a Zen that had the same problem. Not an iHybrid. I had to sand the firing screw with 400 to fix it. If you were having some coil shorts your bottom screw will oxidize quite quickly. The ISO alcohol was not doing anything...but the sanding fixed it back to 100%. It was the suggested fix...

    Me too but a PrecisePlus is very thin compared to the regular iHybrid. He was comparing the size of the new design to the precise....it is much thinner. It's not 14500 thin, but it is thin :D

    If you can't get it super slim then having the option to use a 18490 would be a winner...it's almost double the mah. I think that's a really good way to go. It's still a small, light stealth PV but will use a much nicer battery. With retaining the tank cover that's just the way to go in my opinion.
