I haven't tried the v2 graham. I like v1, and I'm also curious to hear opinions on v2. I tried v2 french vanilla, but didn't like it as much as v1. It had a strange taste. It was a while ago, and I haven't tried it since then, so I can't remember it well enough to describe. I've seen plenty of...
Ever since I explained to my kids what it was, they've called it my steamer. Now everyone in the family just calls it that. (I'm not suggesting that this should be the new name though).
Back when the super concentrates were the cool new thing, I remember a lot of people going on about how much they liked the SC blackberry from vaping zone. I never tried it, so can't tell you anything else about it, but you could search for info/reviews in the vaping zone super concentrate...
I realize that it's hit or miss with all of them. I've tried a lot of flavors in the 3yrs. or so that I've been doing DIY. My point was that to my taste buds, some brands can be more hit or miss, like Inawera. (Lots of flavors I couldn't stand). Others are less of a gamble, like Hangsen...
That's mostly been my experience with Inawera too. I haven't had a good success/failure ratio with them. Out of 20-something IW flavors, I've found three that I love, a few that are OK, and a bunch that I can't stand. I think I'm done gambling with their flavors for now. The thing is... the few...
I agree... I don't pay attention to what ratio people recommend in a recipe. I just stick with my 70/30 (pg/vg). Still, it annoys me for some reason that we already had a standard way of saying it, and people suddenly decided to switch it.
It used to be standard to say PG first in the ratio. It sort of drives me crazy that it seems to be shifting to the opposite being standard, now that more people are into high VG. Like everyone else said, you just can't assume anything anymore.
I know you're mainly looking for fruits, but if you happen to like chocolate, check out the chocolate truffle in VapingZone's gourmet line. It's a great one. If you get it, keep your percentages down in the 1% to 2% range.
For french vanilla and cheesecake, I like Capellas. I've heard good things about Lorann's cheesecake, but haven't tried it.
For whipped cream I like TFA. I don't know of a banana nut bread, but I love TFA's bananas foster (their banana cream pie is good too).
