    I disagree. In my opinion the best starter is an eVod VV. You can turn the voltage up or down with one simple knob, like turning the volume up and down. Decent enough tanks, easy to refill. No explanation needed about resistance, voltage or wattage. That's advanced stuff, reserve that for later.

    Obviously he meant 100% binary, which is 4% decimal. He probably didn't mean 100% hexadecimal, which equals 256% decimal, for which you need approx. 101 binary lungs.
