I agree with zuzette. The OP is a grown up person and knows what he is doing. I too smoke cigars and although you don't inhale them, they sure contain a lot of nicotine, nicely absorbed by the mouth and nose, no lungs involved. And as we all should know by now, nicotine is not really a bad thing...

Another possibility: maybe you have temporarily lost your taste for eliquid. Happens a lot. Goes away by itself. If you have them, you could try a stronger tasting liquid. Usually menthol and cinnamon are recommended.
