Since some folks have received their new #20's recently I thought I would clear up how to turn it on/off. There is no need to push and turn like some folks think. You simply turn until the pointer is on/off.

Ive been completely threw the #20, and honestly, the best thing you can do for it is to not mod anything. Other than maybe a flush mount mod. Sent from my MILESTONE3 using Tapatalk 2

Stay away from Trustfire. You should buy a IMR battery. Be it, Panisonic, AW, EFEST, Etc. Also, Avoid the >>>"EH" IMR's<<< They suck!!

^^^^^^Remove the bottom Pin FIRST, Then push the top pin out from the bottom. Take a small screwdriver (or something that wont damage anything) and push the firing pin out. From the inside out. Works much better and you wont bugger up the end of the firing pin that the button has to re-attach to.

If it works like I am planning (rarely does...lol) then it will be fairly easy. Takes away the true "mechanical" aspect but hey...If it works...:)

Basically its a 3a momentary switch that I bought. Would not be good for the super low ohms but I rarely run those anyway. The problem is, it will take heavy modding of the derlin plastic in the cap to make it work. I may wind up with scrap metal. But if it does work, I will have a switch I...

You go Stoneface:2cool: My RSST (like many others) wont thread onto my #20 at all. I know its an easy fix with a thread chaser. I do have a somewhat silly question seeing as I don't have my #19 yet after about a month of waiting. Has anyone considered how easy the "Hot-Spring" in the top cap...

That is a way better design than the one you folks were talkind about earlier for order. That looks very safe. I didn't trust that other one. Is that your own design Bap?

Its buried in this thread several times. But basically you remove the brass button (or stainless depending on which one you have) by prying it off carefully. Then grab the brass pin with pliers and pull like a mad man. Be careful not to let the pliers slip or you will bugger up the pin and the...
