    All I know is that the “tar” stains disappeared completely within a year of quitting smoking. Smoking is terrible for your gums. My gums have improved significantly, according to my dentist, since I quit smoking and began vaping (approximately 1.5 years ago).

    Flavors at 6v

    When I first started vaping at 6 volts most everything tasted a bit different; especially the lighter fruity juices. I now have been vaping at 6 volts exclusively for over a year and everything taste good. My favorite juice by far is German chocolate cake.

    I would assume it would be ok, but I am not positive since I never used that much VG in my juice. Plus, I exclusively vape at 6 volts; at 3.7 volts it may (?) be a bit thick.

    I personally like 100% PG. VG gives you more vapor and is thicker. PG delivers more flavor and generally gives a better TH. My brother uses an 80/20% PG/VG ratio with cartomizers and it works well. Your mixture (70/30) should be just fine. I am not sure how well a 100% VG juice would work...

    ejuice dark vs light?

    I am not sure about atomizers, but the dark juices, especially chocolate flavors, clog my cartomizers 2-10 times faster than light colored juices.

    My favorite TV flavor is German Chocolate Cake (unsweetened). The waffle is also a good choice, I like the plain. I have liked most of the flavors from TV. Forgot to mention, I really like the wintergreen.

    Never tried the BOGE cartos, but as previously stated, 6 volts and cartomizers I use exclusively. Glad to hear it is working for you. The SB is a very good device (I have 3 of them).
