    I got my replacement base yesterday from FT and it is the stainless. It shipped 1/2/14 if that helps anyone. Ordered one of the stainless tanks but havent tried it yet as someone said they do not fit. I will try it tonight.

    Well If you use "Speedpost Global Express " which i did on the order I just received. It shipped 1/2/14 and was delivered yesterday 1/7/14. It seems to fly through customs! It was a bit costly for one or two items, but if you gang your orders up with what you save its not that bad.

    Well i am waiting for my russian as we speak, but i believe that on the positive block there is supposed to be a "shim" of plastic or something to keep it from shorting. Double check that everything is installed correctly after you took it apart to clean it. Good Luck!

    I should have been more clear that the bottom is cut out of the tupperware container (picture below) to allow the waves to get to the bottles. it seems to concentrate the waves more on the bottles. Yes i do fill the water up to the max line by the way. Hope this helps some of you.

    Here is how i try to contain the UC waves, and i also keep the basket about 1/4" above the bottom of the tank.
