Btw, I have that same tool from michaels. The grooves made me crazy do I went and bought another which was a little more expensive but a tad nicer. I must say I've noticed better working setups with the 2mm coils. I think because maybe I can get more cotton through there.

that is awesome. I was going to ask again for photos of that setup. I have been using a taifun lately and have experienced some gurgling. laying those strands on top is a smart move. I still have to boil my sugar and cream yarn as I have been using cotton and it is really difficult to use...

well hello peeps :) sorry, I have been knee-deep in packing and moving my 3700 sq foot old retail space. Tomorrow I have 4 movers coming with two trucks and they think it will take 8 hours to get it all done (to give you a idea of what kind of move I am talking about). Technically today was...

I used to use the wrench, but have not in a long time I agree, hands work perfectly well. I think the polished sometimes may be a little slipperier in my hands, but the brushed and BB are easy.

you can do it by hand, or use the wrench. either way. sometimes if you tighten by hand, there can be a small seam. the wrench eliminates that if you want. It just gets it tighter.
