    I finally got that dang nut off so I could get the switch out and replace/tweak the spring. Gotta get some small needle nose pliers and make little unscrew motions 'til it loosens up and you can use your fingers finally. Gonna replace this stupid nut in there too so if ever need to re-do this...

    Tried w/ one 18650 and it wasn't even close; think you'd need to drop to 18490/1850.

    I bought mine for the flexibility, but have found myself wanting to use it in 18350 almost exclusively for the reasons you mentioned. Love it in 18350 mode.
