    You will need to plug em up with something that will NOT seep into the carto and cause you to "vape" a chemical or just pick up a tank and use these in there that way. I know you said you were not a tank person but that is the best way to use it and you may actually find you like it much...

    Well. I not trying to sound like this may, but there would be so many rules and regulations, taxes, and government BS that the price per carto would cost a fortune. Come to think of it, I suppose we already had actually......The rebuild able attys are catchin on like crazy. I have one, I love it.
