Top notch education is not necessary, but it can be helpful. The most useful lobbyists are the ones that can A). Have extensive knowledge of the topic or issue at hand and B.) Perhaps, most importantly, they are very persuasive. Lobbyists flip solid "Yea's" and "Nay's" when it comes to bills in... -

Thanks for the info. Never really considered a bottom feeder, but it's definitely something to consider as I look to expand my vape "game" in the new year. Yeah definitely one of the ones I'm considering. Tops my list at the moment for the non-custom made boxes.
