    I drink water throughout the day, but I generally buy a huge bottle of Pedialyte and chug a fifth of it in the morning Monday-Friday. Helps out quite a bit.

    Protank 2

    The RSST is a great RBA for beginners. It's my first and the build is really easy using SS Mesh (I use 400). For that, I use 32 gauge Kanthal. For my Protank, I use 32 kanthal and 3mm silica wick. One wick through the coil, and I use a few threads for flavor wicks on top.

    Cola eliquid recommendations

    My girlfriend LOVES the Cola from Liqua. Tastes like Coke and it, somehow, has something of a carbonated feel to it. She tried a lot of other colas and hated them, because they tasted like flat pop. But, Liqua's...I don't know. It's weird. In a good way.
