Whew! This is going to be a good month for shiny. I found a Deathwish Modz Suicide King "King of Hearts" in gunmetal with a matching Unholy V3 RDA located here in the US and just pulled the trigger on it. It's gonna be sweet. Hmm... You could use it that way but it's just sitting on top and not very secure. My best guess is that they're suction cup bases for vape pens. I'm not sure where my eGo batteries are at the moment but they look to be about that diameter.- Tralfaz

They're rubbery, though. The inner diameter is maybe 12mm? All I can think of is maybe put them on the end of a vape pen and stick it to your car windshield.- Tralfaz
