    I've had packages shipped from China through the normal USPS,Fedex,and Dhl,and Fedex is the only 1 i have ever got a bill from.It's for customs and duty fees,i avoid Fedex as much as possible when buying from anywhere outside the U.S. because of that.

    What is going on with Chinese post?

    I've never had DHL charge me any additional fees,and i've had like 5-6 packages come through them.Fedex will though.I've had 2 packages come through Fedex,one had a duty & customs fee of $28 and i think the other time was like $25 or something.
