    What is your process of making and oxidizing your wick, what mesh are you using, and what gauge and what type of wire?

    I use 28awg A-1, but have also experienced this with 32awg Nichrome. I find that I get fast gunk build up from a short in the coil from lack of oxidation on an area of the wick.     I ordered two 510 caps from bog rat. One of which I was going to drill dual holes. My wicks are 70mm and take up the entire hole. Guess my only option is to drill a new hole or make smaller straw like wicks; if I wanted to experiment still.

    Question to those of you running dual wicks on your orion. How are you guys refilling your tank? Are you drilling another hole for filling? (I'm not to keen on doing this but I have the equipment for it). Perhaps I'm unaware of how to wire up a dual wick. Thanks.

    I tried that method. Didn't work so well. I just make mine like emonty does. One piece, rolled super tight and oxidized correctly. Stiff and grey when done. Works perfectly.

    I do anywhere from 4-8ml a day. 8 on a good day ;) I vape 6mg NLV juices on a RBA's.
