    Seriously???? I use theregular 510 blank cartos too....from COV as well.....and I have burned out quite a few in the first 3 or 4 hits.....as matter of fact, ive recently had 2 boxes that I only got use out of 4 of the cartos. Thats a 60% fail rate, most boxes are fine and I get 4 or 5 days out...

    If EVERYONE bribed...we would all have to wait longer.....Im glad most dont bribe. I look at it as more of a tip than a bribe. If a bartender knows your a good tipper, you'll never be caught waiting for a drink.

    I think that 90% of the reported switch problems are all the same....pouring rubbing alcohol into the chuck and blowing it out so that the alcohol shoots out of the button works like magic. I have sent my chuck in 3 times for button problems...hadI known about the alcohol cleaning method...Id...

    Fantastic way to revive chucks

    I did this this morning with rubbing alcohol.....works like a charm!!!!! It will only leak through the button if you blow through it...if you just let gravity handle it, its coming straight out of the bottom. This will save me lots of time, shipping money, and frustration!!! THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!!

    Ive sent my chuck in 3 times for switch problems and Jeff JUST informed me of this process....hopefully it will cure my constant button problem as well!!!

    Im gonna add this....though it may or may not have anything to do with your particular problem. I was having the same exact symptoms you have described here, and was furious....the misfiring, the warm/cold/warm again hits.......having to apply pressure to the button at different angles sometimes...
