There's a thread about leaky Sapphires in the GV subforum. I believe one member mentioned removing the tank and fluffing up the wick. Sorry to hear they're not working out for you, Sallie :(

This is for Ren (forgot to quote) When I was using conventional cartos, I was using the "Turbos" from VaporNine. I believe they were made by Boge, and at the time were vertical coil. I was extremely pleased with them. V9 has since switched to a horizontal coil design, but I have not used...

I should get mine tomorrow. I just put in an order for the VV Ego passthru as well. Someone posted great pics of a disassembled Sapphire, and the innards are very impressive. Unless they just don't work for me for some reason, I think I'm going to be very pleased.

    Leaky Sapphire

I haven't even gotten my first order yet, but these pictures have me sold. The coil looks to be much more substantial than what was used in the Ego-T. Very solid design. :thumb:

THEY'RE BACK!! The 3 stage Variable Ego Passthrough-FREE Black Case INCLUDED - IN Stock NOW!!

Hate to be a killjoy but that might not work so well. Common USB data cables are low current and may not handle the requirements of a passthru well. You'd have to specify a higher current cable. My concern would be with the existing cable entering directly into the passthru body without a...

GotVapes eGO Variable Pass Through 510 - 3.2/3.7/4.2 BLACK & STAINLESS! USA Premiere - FREE eGo Carrying Case...PRODUCT PHOTOS

PC and Laptop ports are hit and miss for passthrus; some can handle the current, some can't. Best bet is a 2A USB wall adapter or powered USB hub.

Maybe, but you can only vape at 12 Mb/s  Seriously, don't know about the power spec on 1.1 ports... I think it's only 100mA.

Oh, I'm not burying it... I'm going to resurrect it! It Will Live Again!!! Muahahahaha!!! IGOR! TO THE LAB! <coughs> Seriously, it would be feasible to canniballize the head from a CE2 for a replacement coil. I'm likely too lazy to actually do it, but it's food for thought... Ok, enough...
