    Yep, the Ego type is still the best value for money. I'd suggest trying an ego (or if you want to try vv - an ego twist) with a carto tank set up, or a stardust.     It's a great setup for a newbie vapor. Easy to fill, easy to carry, decent battery life - not expensive to replace and egos allow so much in the way of learning as you can use cartos, tanks, atties, clearos - whatever you like can pretty much work on an ego.

    I love his VG RY4, I haven't had any RY4s except Juggies so I can't help you compare it to FC's. It has a slightly peppry taste to me, but in a good way - it's not as sweet as the original RY4 if that helps you at all.

    Why is it being held at customs still - I think that's the question really. It's not illegal to bring vaping hardware into Canada and if customs finds nic juice they normally send it back to the sender. I don't think I have heard (yet) of any hardware getting lost while being held at customs...

    I use alcohol and warm (pre-boiled) water. Rinse under the tap, soak in alcohol for about 30min, then swich around in warm pre-boiled water. Blow it out and leave to dry overnight. Really easy imo :)
