I think it should be classified as a 'nicotine' product. I wouldn't mind having legislation in place that provides age limits and rules of sale for caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol. All three are potentially addictive and may present safety hazards for people who are too irresponsible to use them...
It was the Vision Spinner that did it for me. I had tried those little e-cigs but the most they did was allow me to travel about an hour in the car before I got out and lit up a cigarette.

Looks like you should be able to drip into it with the RBA deck on there.
Atomizers are going to die over time. I would suggest that you research which atomizers have the longest life span. Maybe a longer lasting atomizer will work better for you. You can also try researching and using RBA's with premade coils. You will have to do more work with wicking than changing...
