What would you like to see change in the vaping world?
I'd like to see an end to sub-ohming. If cigarettes put out the same clouds that sub-ohmers do, you wouldn't need a government ban. All buildings would have banned them 100 years ago. It makes the fight 10x harder.- Maestro

My first diy recipe problem
Those recipes are very hit and miss. I've tried some of the highest rate ones and there are some I love and some that are horrible. If you hate it now, you'll probably hate it later. Just make small batches, keep good notes, and build up your favorites through trial and error.- Maestro

If you get some seepage right after filling, it could be because you pressurized the tank. Otherwise, it's because you have a bad seal. The vacuum is what holds the juice in, not the wick. Remove the tank, put it firmly in the palm of your hand, suck in on the tip and block it with your tongue... -

I have a small case which always has spare batteries, 2 bottles of juice and 2 tanks. If the flavor goes on one of my tanks, I just use one of the other ones until I get home. I don't usually bother to change the wick until it stops working well so each of my tanks has a different color glass... -

I'm not sure what you're doing that's giving you so much trouble. I just grab the tip of the wick with a pair of angled tweezers and tuck it in. Only takes seconds. Maybe it's the cotton you're using. If you use the Japanese cotton pads it's a snap. Kind of like using a silica wick. -

I vape 70/30 on a v3 mini and have no trouble at all with wicking. I think the airflow has a lot to do with how much juice you pull. Try choking it off a bit.- Maestro

Can't taste E-Liquid at all..
You say it's been about 5 months since you vaped. Vaper's tongue is common among newer vapers. It likely has something to do with physiological changes in your body when you stop smoking. I've never seen a reliable method to overcome it. All I can suggest is to vape the juices you don't like...- Maestro

Tanks use the suction created when you take a toot to pull juice up into the juice well. It's a fine balance between too much and too little. I consider the juice control more of an off/on than a regulator. If the tank has a good seal, then it really doesn't matter how far you open it or how you wick it. Open it all the way, 2-3 turns. The vacuum in the tank will control the juice flow. As long as the wick is not blocking the juice... -

If you find that the tank leaks out of the air holes after refilling, the problem is that you're pressurizing the tank when you screw the top cap back on. The easiest way to resolve this is to turn the tank upside down before you open the flow control. That lets the pressure out without forcing... -

I was just the opposite. For me, it was as easy as falling off a log, even after 40 years of smoking. I tried a million times, and even vaped for a while, but nothing worked. I'm using Japanese cotton pads. I cut a strip, insert it, cut it to size, tuck it in and I'm done. I bought a bag of what's got to be at least 1000 pads half a year ago and I just took the second pad out this week. I'll be gone before the pads are. -

If you want a bigger tank, try the V3 mini plus. It's the exact same as the V3 mini, but wider. About 22ml I think and holds around 4ml
