    I agree with what you are saying, but these batteries were loose in his pocket with change rattling about. The common sense factor is change is metal, metal is conductive, so don’t do it.

    There has to be common sense when buying something, I can understand the vendors responsibility in informing the buyer of risks to a degree, but, “Sir, these matches you are about to buy could cause you serious injury or even loss of life if you were to light one and you were soaked in petrol”...
