    Dawn, unless you were a non-filter cigarette smoker, you should be getting an adequate TH from most any vendor using 24 mgs of nicotine. Have you experimented with different levels of nicotine regardless of flavors and found a decent TH? It kind of sounds like your equipment may not be working...
