After upgrading the firmware, temp control is not working as it was before. I have to turn it all the way up to 315c to get a semi-decent vape. Before the upgrade I was at 225c
I'm using dual SS staggered fused claptons (26ga+32ga)*2 + 32ga. Should I change the TCR and if so what do people suggest?
I have no problem with temp control on mine and I haven't changed the TCR. I'm using dual SS fused claptons at 225c and it's a great vape.
I don't usually use temp control but thought I'd try it when I got this mod a few weeks ago
Here's what Mooch says about those batteries HohmLife 36.3A 3077mAh 18650 Bench Test Results...only a 20A- battery but a great one, equal to HG2
He calls them a decent 20 amp battery so will be good for what you are wanting to use them in
Ordered one today which surprised me. I wasn't expecting it to be available in Australia for some time but one store got them and I'll have it in a couple days
if you don't understand ohms law you should not not be using the luxotic. stick to your regulated mod until you've done some reading and feel confident you know what you are doing
as puffon said, all 18650 batteries are 65mm long. the battery is meant to be a snug fit and as long as the wrap doesn't get torn putting the battery in and out you will be fine
I do love it...very much.
I watched a video with Brandon from Evolve saying that they are releasing a DNA 200c board soon. If you make mods with that board, I'll grab at least 2
I'm vaping my Lost Vape Drone BF now and it's a great vape. Big capacity bottle, DNA 166 (it's a DNA 200 limited because it only uses 2 batteries)
Well worth looking into
