I'm back to the 901 6V for now. TW 510 atties tend to die too fast at that voltage apparently.- Fred

GG User Preferences
Ok I finally voted: 510 & 6V. I got my Totally Wicked Titan atties & round cartridges. That's just perfect now. A bit smoother taste than with 901. Lots of smoke. More room for liquid. So in the end: 510 > 901 > 801 for me (901 being really good too). PS Ike: it's true the "never a burnt taste...- Fred

I said wow with crappy old cartridges & one old atty then stopped the test. Tomorrow I will test with brand new Totally Wicked accessories. What will I say if it's perfect ? hmm got to think about something higher than wow. The taste is already great I know it but due to my very bad old 510... -

It worked ! Thank you Ike :) It definitely belongs to this tips&tricks thread so but... I would only do that if you have the right tools and are used to do precision work or you will easily damage the cap. -

That really looks like it's the problem indeed. Well seen ! Thanks. I see that when comparing the silver and golden caps. I found the exact tool to unscrew it. I am not sure how to do once unscrewed. It looks pretty strongly screwed. Trying more... Imeo stop me if you think I am doing wrong :p -

Ho finally got MRI results now for those wondering: negative there is nothing wrong. So the doc said: well I don't have a clue so... we got to wait and see for more symptomas. Yes, it's not the adapter neither the atty. I did more tests and screwing to maximum acceptable force with the right tools. It's the golden cap (ato side) the problem in my humble opinion. It's like the external threading is not good enough for the adapter. More testing of the 510 before I vote... -

I received my golden/brass ends and the 510 adapter this morning. The adapter with the original silver cap works great. But I can't make it work with the brass cap. And the brass cap with the 901 atties does work everytime. The silver cap with the 510 adapter does work everytime. The brass cap... -

32. If you are among the people trying to lower/stop nicotine: GG can help you to do so more easily. 11mg nicotine with a GG at 6V feels like 18mg with 3,7V. Just my opinion though.
