Building a "hana" style mod with the fasttech enclosure: looking for tips, tricks, and suggestions

mackman, the one in the image I posted was the basic "White Strong & Flexible". I like it because it's a little rough which gives it a little grip on the interior walls of the bay. Plus it was the lest expensive ;)

Regarding your concerns about the fragility of the DNA, it does have to be handled gently. Especially the ribbon and where it connects to both the board and the display...

Building a "hana" style mod with the fasttech enclosure: looking for tips, tricks, and suggestions

It would depend on what tube you're trying to put it in. Does it have at least a 23mm inner diameter? Plus you have to consider fitting all the wiring in it too. I've been working on a semi-tube design, here's the thread...

Building a "hana" style mod with the fasttech enclosure: looking for tips, tricks, and suggestions

Building a "hana" style mod with the fasttech enclosure: looking for tips, tricks, and suggestions

Then you wrap the ribbon/OLED display over the end that has the rounded edge and adhere the screen into the groove...
