    From everything I've read online, the VOLT seems to be a good option with a long lasting battery, and has more battery/led combinations than most others I've seen. You can get a white battery, orange led, and order some brown cartos and come as close to looking likethe real thing as possible.

    The FDA can't levy a tax at all. They leave that to the legislative branch. But to think they aren't working together isn't a thought based on reality.
