    I totally agree your body will let you know what's to much but remember to stay hydrated it's not smoke it's vapor :)

    Well I started off Subohming but as I got different tank and staring dripping I did decrease from 3mg to now 6 mg it's not smoke it's vapor :)

    Iam new to ecf but been vaping for 7 months you can use a higher nic I would go with 12mg and see have you are it's not smoke it's vapor :)
