There are several app builders online that can be used to create what you're talking about. You don't even have to be all that tech savvy. They have templates you can use and you just fill them out.
My favorite drip tip right now is the one that came with my TFV4 Mini. The design of these things is nothing short of brilliant. I hate the tank because of leaking issues but love the tip. I wonder if I can buy them separately.......
