eh, screw it, I used the good'ole capitol one card just incase the site is a CC number grabber scam, and ordered some of the Smooth Cowboy. I'm a sucker for new menthol like liquid I haven't tried. -
filling blanks.
I leave the battery end condom on, drop in 37 drops on the other end right down the center, the last 10 or so I go slow. Then I let it sit for awhile (10 mins or so), then vape away. Never had a problem doing it this way, and I have used this method on hundreds of cartomizers. -

I put the bottom condom back on, drip in 30 or so drops right down the center, and let it sit for awhile, remove the bottom condom, and its just like new. -
