    Like was previously said, you don't need a torch. A Bic lighter is fine. You will just use it to heat the wire until it glows, which is quick and simple. Torches are used for oxidizing stainless steel mesh in genesis type rebuildables, and the Igo-l is not that type.

    Add a tiny bit of VG. Make sure it's USP grade though. Go easy on it because you don't want to add to much and not have enough nic or flavor afterwards.
