How often are you refilling? Here's what I recommend: 1. Let the unit rest when the atomizer tube gets any warmer than luke warm to the touch. 2. When breaking in a brand new atomizer, drip 5-6 drops on the atomizer, then 4-5 after every 4 puffs or so. As soon as you notice a change in flavor...- Casey@PS

Also, don't depress the button for more than 2-4 seconds per drag on the 510. You can continue to draw for another few seconds once you release the button. Hope this helps!- Casey@PS

Prodigy not working
Hey Truelove, sorry for the inconvenience with that, but we have a serious switch shortage, and are repairing switches as they come in. Thus, we need the switch first to fix it. We also had tons of customers never send their defective switches back to us after we had already mailed out...- Casey@PS

Guys, here are a few things to keep in mind with your switches. 1. NEVER PULL IT OUT FROM THE TOP OF THE PRODIGY. Take the adapter off, and push the batteries up into the unit until the switch pops out. So many people try to pull it out from the top, and then they break the connections inside...- Casey@PS
