I only use mechanicals. I'm vaping my own blend of Vapor God's Arctic Wolf and Aroma's Newbe WTA. The Newbie is a menthol WTA with what I believe is a bit of TA, and I simply do not like the oily/ashy undertones of the TA. The TA is muted in my Stingray atomizers but really comes to the...
Been vaping on my .357 all day. I think the reason I don't like it is because it brings out some unpalateable flavors from my Newbie WTA. The Vapage Hybrid does as well.
I only have another 50 ml to go. :(
I know sub-ohming on mechanicals is the popular trend, but that doesn't mean it's the only way it works. A Reo, or any bottom feeder, is just like any other mechanical mod except the tank is built into the body. In some cases, the liquid capacity of a Reo is less than tanks.
A 1.5 ohm atomizer...
2 ohms on a mechanical is around 6.8 watts according to the online calculator.
As far as durability, I don't know. I'll be honest and say I've never had an atomizer actually die on me. I usually toss mine every couple of months, just because. There are people who claim to have atomisers last on...
The .357 is good for flavor. Most of us don't use drip shields anymore. At least billherbst and I don't. A 1.5 ohm on a mechanical will put you right around 9 watts, so you may get better results with your DNA30. Good luck.
Definitely not for cloud chasing. It's about convenience and simplicity, at least for me. A 1.5 ohm atty on a mechanical puts me right around 9 watts and that's what satisfies me. No tinkering and hardly zero maintenance. I just tilt, squeeze and vape.
Only thing I use are standard atomizers on a bottom feeder. I prefer the Stingray over the .357. It's much cheaper too.
We have a thread for regular atty drippers in the Atomizers sub-forum. Stop by some time. I'd post a link, but it's difficult on a tablet.
mtnvapor.com still has plenty of Echo batteries. They also have an automatic eGo which is supposed to work well, but I never tried it. You'll need to grab a charger from them too.
The best automatic I found is the Echo. It's a flat-topped 808 battery, so you do have to get creative when finding toppers, but it is outstanding. Very smooth, easy automatic draw with a 10 second cut off and it will neither fire in high winds or from loud noise. I used mine outside when...
