You're welcome. It looks like billherbst was typing while I was. :)
And in my opinion, Kanger bottom coils suck for dripping. They may be good on bottom feeders though. I tried that on my 808's when I first started out and they leaked horribly and flooded constantly. Keep in mind, a carto with...
There are good automatics out there. I preferred them for the longest time. For me it wasn't a button thing, though I often claimed such, but a smoking vs. inhaling thing. A good automatic gives you more of the feeling of smoking, in my opinion. Now I'm finding the same is true for unregulated...
I'm not billherbst, but I will give it a shot.
The 510-510 adapter can be handy, but isn't necessary. If you have an open post atomizer, then a sealed 510 extender will act as a drip well and prevent the electronics in your device from leakage. Also, I think it is required if you use a drip...
The Boge cartos are vertical coil according to everything I've heard, and they don't work well for dripping. Go to Empire Mods, House of Vapor or Avid Vapor for some good ones.
The 510 atomizer looks like a normal cartomizer from the outside. Inside it has a little catch cup surrounding the...
Plwnty of 14500 mods out there. And some even smaller, like the eCab. I run a 14500 bottom feeder all day. Excluding the drip tip it's smaller than a pack of cigs in all dimensions.
I never liked the 306. I found the draw too tight. I do enjoy the j108/l88b. Same design, thinner diameter and easier draw. But I don't like it enough for constant use.
And I do have an EM 901. But are they any different from a standard DSE?
The Stingray atomizers at House of Vapor are $9.00 each. So the same price, but you're not forced to buy 2 at a time. I like them better than the Vapage anyway.
Good luck! And have you tried GotVapes? They have their Phoenix CE3's I think. I never used them myself. I tried a few clearos before I gave up and started dripping. Haven't looked back since.
Altsmoke lists them in stock. So does vapors-choice.com, but they only seem to carry the XL. Most vendors have stopped carrying them because newer clearos have come out which don't require the syringe, so stock up where you find them.
Pro-tip: If a vendor still carries the M3 clearos, there is...
You can put a rebuildable atomizer on any device you want to. Doesn't mean you have to. A 1.5 ohm atomizer on a 3.7 volt battery is right around 9 watts and that's where I'm comfortable at. I just buy the pre-made atomizers.
Another 808 user! I used to be one. Check out MadVapes, Smokeless Image, Bloog, Vapor4Life and Vapor King for other stuff for your 808's.
I only stopped using 808's because I prefer dripping and couldn't find a bottom feeder with a native 901 connection. Still use some 901 atomizers with it on...
I've only been at it a couple of years. I started with cartos, tried clearos and then started dripping. And now I bottom feed. I still haven't gotten into rebuilding and don't plan to any time soon.
901 and 808 have the same threading. Any 808-510 adapter will allow you to use those old atomizers. MadVapes has them, and Smoktek and plenty of other vendors.
It depends on the flavor of course. And individual taste. For instance, Arctic Wolf at Vapor God blows Mt. Baker's Extreme Ice right of the water. And every other menthol I've tried too.
