    I smoked ( and I say smoked because I will have "quit" in but a few hours) Pall Mall Full Flavor 100's. 20 come in a pack, and 10 in a carton. A carton runs about 30$ USD with Utah tax. I generally would pick it up at the Jubilee.

    Valerian root is rather smelly. So much in fact that not even plugging your nose to take the pills works. It is one of those odors that actually has an even worse taste. I wouldnt do a Valerian root vapor LOL! now I MIGHT do say, a Lavender, or Clary Sage vapor
