mwa....I think I have a grasp of your concept my friend and it certainly has merit IMHO. I spent 25 years in engineering manufacturing of refrigeration equipment and metallurgy. Mainly it was Ice Makers for human consumption of ice. Call me old school but I still can't help but fall back on 316L... -

I have one suggestion Imeo. Should you indeed make a stainless steel AVS, I strongly suggest you make it out of 316L SS instead of just regular 316 SS. I won't go into detail as you know what Im getting at. Just a suggestion. I'll be the first in line to buy one! -

Opposing magnetic button conversion
Only room enough for 3 magnets, othewise your button will not have any room to compress and engage. A good cleaning on the inside of the spring/magnet button housing works wonders! Q-tip and alcohol works great then reassemble. I have the magnets in mine and it works great and has plenty of...- JBTX1

Ripp...if thats the case you might try just one hole in the carto and not two...thats is if you are using two holes. The other thought is your hole may be too large. I have notcied that the AVS has a much tighter draw than the AFSv2 has. Worth a try perhaps....:toast: -

Imeo's New Invention?
urbanite...I saw that video of the bulli and the replacable coil atomizer. I really like that idea too. Very cool concept but seems a bit large in size to me. Very Nice though!:smokie: -
