I could understand if I was an impossible to deal with customer but I waited past the estimated dates before I mentioned anything. Given I was a bit annoyed, The worst thing I said was "You know for a company I just handed 200 bucks, you think they would let you know where your money has gone...
That seems highly unlikely, but they have a chance to redeem themselves if they ever answer. I have integrity and will not place another order again. But at least I wont be as mad
Placed a 200 dollar order with a company that states 2-5 day shipping. well its has been 9 days. granted 2 of them were not business day. so i email then states that is i give a company 200 dollar of my hard earned money then I'd like to know where it has gone....
