    If you have 30ml of 50mg you add 30ml of vg and end up with 60ml of 25mg. Now you have 60ml of 25mg. So you have to add 60 vg to the 60ml of 25mg to make it 12.5mg.

    Looks like cells are way way out of balance. If you plug it in and cell A stays around the same And cell B slowly starts going up it might balance out. If it doesn't your out of luck. If it does start to balance out it will take a long time. And DO NOT leave it alone charging!
