    Is this the first time you've used the ceylon before, Mark? I was very surprised at the differences between the two types of cinnamons. I haven't ground any of mine, but I love the natural sweetness it has. Fran, busy is good!! But so is sleep ;)

    When steeped for about 20 minutes for tea, the Ceylon also has a natural sweetness to it, not quite as strong a flavor as regular store bought sticks, but also doesn't have the bitterness. It's very good hot or chilled :)
