    Is it the first time it was turned on and you cannot turn it off or is it malfunctioning? Most regulated mods require you to click the fire button, fast, five times in a row to get a turn off screen. I'm sorry I do not own the mod so that's the only advice I can give but hopefully someone else...

    The Ruby V2 is a 25mm hybrid mod. There aren't any Mason Dumptank sized mech mods out there to my knowledge so 25mm is the best bet you will be getting.

    Yeah my last order of one item made it to California in record time than sat there for over a week haha. Most of my orders have multiple items though which is why I experience longer waits. My last order with them is about 20 different coil sets, I can only imagine the turn around on that one haha.
