    They are. Emi (on the dryer) is convinced something awful is happening. Eri on the other hand has been in every box checking things out. She's very easy going and we know she'll adjust to the new house immediately. Poor Emi on the other hand will be very frightened about the entire move.

    We must have a lot of shtuff. We got five quotes from 5 different movers and they were all in the same range. I forgot to add that we have to move out on a Friday (no moving allowed on the weekends in our condo) and they have to store our furniture and possessions from Friday until Monday...

    I'm sure the fact we live on the 9th floor of a 10 story condo tower and they have to work with a standard size elevator contributes to the cost. But we have waaaaaay too much shtuff after 36 years of collecting shtuff together. Yes we do!

    We have a 1700 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo and the best price from a mover, including packing, is just north of $5,000. And we are moving a whopping 3 miles away. YIKES: :shock:
