    i didnt really see what device that they had but nothing that is familiar . What they did have was e-juice. 2 stalls that i found but just beside escalotors. One shop had the hang seng brand, and the other was nicktech or something like that.

    ok i have done a 4/5 wrap and it's getting better and better but now, previously the draw was airy and it's now tight lol... and that thing on the other screw is a small metal piece to help stop leaking problems and as a smaller hole than what is there.

    Ok i thought it was a 5/6 wrap, didn't know it was a 6/7.i will try again with a longer wick and lesser wrap to see how it goes for me. I will update in a while ;) thanks

    thank you jollyrogers, i will bring the wrap down and give more wick space. guess this is what happens when you start vaping and in less than 2 weeks jump to vape on an orion :tongue: even before learning the basics

    oh ok thank you. Am using a butane touch. If that's what it's called ;) i'm getting about 2.0 ohms for the coils reading. Below is the set up and i have used your oxidizing method that you taught me. It is much better now ;)

    oh ok thank you crack3done.. i have a 30 kanthal a-1 that just arrived a few days ago. i will try the peter k method. what is the drill bit size that you use may i know to wrap the coils? and did you mean 5/6 of 30 is 1.05ohm? And does the wick need to touch the coils or be wrap just tight but...

    wow yours coil looks so perfect... i noticed that you have 2 nuts in place of the washers... can i use the nuts of the DID? I will now try the same way you do your oxidizing... I hope it works. Thanks alot

    hi xformulax, if yours looked like the one on the left you should have got hot spots . It does look like a stainless steel but i have this feeling that some kind of bronze or copper was added to it? But it just does not get oxidized no matter how many times you burn and quench it.
