    This is exactly what worked for me! I'd tell myself, when I really craved a cigarette... vap 24 mg of juice, take four or five vaps (I generally vap 18mg), and if I STILL wanted an analog, then I could have it. But FIRST.... I had to vap four or five times with the higher nicotine juice...
