    So - 1. Close airflow completely 2. Remove top cap 3. Refill 4. Put cap on maybe half way 5. Open airflow half hole 7. Finish screwing cap on - flip upside down right at the end

    Leave airflow closed when you remove the top cap - air escaping into the tank causes no harm. Leave it closed until you've already begun closing the top cap - you just want a hole for air/liquid while sealing the tank, closing the top cap compresses what's inside so it needs to escape

    Follow the instructions ;p Fill, then open airflow to one-half of one hole before tightening cap. You're forcing liquid to seep out in other places if you don't do this

    26650s actually usually (usually!) have a lower continuous amp rating (which is what most us here go by) than the most popular 18650s. Higher mAh capacity usually (usually!) means a lower amp rating, it's usually a tradeoff.

    Actually, the size and metal composition of the coil can make a big difference; I just realized I have tiny 24gauge kanthal wire coils and huge claptoned kanthal Ribbon that are the same resistance, but the 24g wire ramps up much faster of course

It sounds like you just need some experimenting and experience; we can give warnings and what we do/don't do, but wattage is preference. I like hot vapes and fast rampups (coil gets hot faster) so 66 watts is okay to me for 0.25 ohm...

    I think of wall adapter amp ratings as just their Limit, not what they always send out. It's up to the charger, or device, to determine what it pulls, not exceeding the wall adapter. I do notice that my wall adapters get warmish when using chargers that Could pull more amps than the adapter
