Congratz on your 3 years, and like you I really prefer autos and since I finally got my auto DAV I'm a happy camper! Glad to know that the charging time will be addressed, but when i can afford it i will have to get a backup auto:D
He's more than the postings of sales and stuff, he responded to my CS ticket concerns within ten minutes of my email! It's been 3 days and not a word from CS about my issue, but BHam is on it! Thank you BHam, you rock!:toast:
Well said jeffree, I too want V4L to succeed, just want more of a positive customer service feel. I put in my support ticket on Thursday about the wrong batt that was sent and still no response. But BHam did respond here on this forum and I am happy he did.Working retail for so many years I know...
So excited, opened up the package and.....they sent me a manual DAV! Arrrggg :(.
Looked at the invoice to make sure it wasn't my mistake, nope, says 'automatic'. Oh well things happen, time to open a support ticket, and the waiting begins again.....
