Well looks like all my clients have recovered now but one. The hung slot is a x11 gpu slot though so I wonder if that has something to do with it. Couple of the clients had to be stopped and restarted to get them going again once I saw that some of the others had finally got going again... Its...- harmonic

Bummer dude. Must be something going on at their end. I have 5 local machines that all have at least one slot hung up trying to download that cant for some reason. Most also have a wu trying to go home also. It kinda peevs me off to have all these computers sitting here being non productive....- harmonic

Say I have several machines with WU that wont go home and cant seem to download new ones. I reset my router and everything on my end seems to be ok as far as I can tell. Is anybody else having trouble today with getting fresh wu or sending back finished ones?- harmonic

Pretty much :) If your using the gpu and its the 17 core that gives it some extra head room. I'm not sure about your additional increase but there ya go. I dont know for sure if I got an increase but its humming happily along with cpu:6 and the gpu 17 so I think I am going to leave it be for a...- harmonic

Its not upping a a setting. In the smp slot it tells the client how many cores to use. In the gpu slot it tells it which graphics card to use if you have several in one pc. Normally you want it set to -1 which lets the program decide what to do but with the cpu slot you can change this to use...- harmonic

Say Bov you said you have a quad core right? Why not try going into your slot settings and change the smp options from -1 to 2 save it and let it rip for a while and see what happens. I have my 650ti card in my i7 pc which is a quad core with hyper-threading so it acts like 8 cores. Ive tried...- harmonic
