I used some "Slime" kind of stuff on the dry rotted tires on my mower (that wouldn't hold air at all) and it bubbled in the cracks for a little while but the tires haven't gone flat since. After you get the stuff in there and air the tire back up to proper psi you have to be sure and drive on it...

Come on with some luck all the batts for my good box mod are burned out....
Sorry to hear about the tire AG but before you buy a new one you might try a can of Fix a flat stuff - some of the newer kinds work wonders... But you need to make sure there isn't still something actually stuck in the tire...
My only thing with these is I think they should make the bottom locking part thinner so that the two bottom pieces when assembled are closer in length to the top piece. The fully assembled unit looks too big on the base part lol.
Also I would still add another hole in the center shaft at the top...
