Does anyone know if the Zephyrus v2 RBA Head fits in the Zephyrus v1? The standard coils are listed as v1 and v2 compatible but I can't find any info on the RBA.
I vape 70/30 and 80/20 and always let the juice run nearly empty. As long as you can see juice on the wick holes it will be fine. The juice will wick up from the botton without a problem. It's no different than an RDA with the wicks sitting down in the juice well.
The .4 coil lasted two weeks of very heavy use for me. It's not totaly dead but the taste is a bit burnt. I am going to try soaking it in Vodka for a day or two and see if it can be revived. Other than requiring more power I cant tell much difference between the .2 and .4 coil.
Got my Cleito on Friday. I've run about 5 tanks of juice through the .4 coil and not a single drop of juice has com out of the air slots. I am truely impressed. Flavor took about a tank and a half to come to life but it is performing very well now. I have it at 55watts on an Evic VTC Mini with...
If the airflow is tighter than the Crown i'm gonna pass as I feel the Crown is a little too tight for my liking. Really had high hopes that this would be a great tank for me. Oh well.
I have an old ego battery that I use when rebuilding and rewicking my stock iSub coils. It helps me to get a good grip without being so wide that it gets in the way. Should work well with the RBA.
It looks like DJLsb Vapes wicked it exactly the way I have been rewicking the stock coils. I find it works better if you push the wick in and fluff it before priming the coil though.

How is the airflow compared to the stock horizontal coils? It's hard to tell from the pics but it looks pretty restricted in there.
The T18 & T22 have restrictive airflow for mouth to lung hits and the coils are at the top. The Cleito has very wide open airflow for direct to lung hits and the coil is at the bottom. You could close the air on the Cleito if you wanted to to an MTL though. They are very different types of coils.
It's the coil that warrants the recommendation. 20 watts might be too low to warm up the clapton coil. The 0.5 Ohm standard coils will work just fine at 20 watts though.
Trust me, the coils were thoroughly saturated and vaped wonderfully for a few days. They just don't last more than 4-5 days before they start getting nasty.
It looks really nice and I love the idea of a completely removable tank. I am just concerned about getting a consistent connection between the coil and 510. Cant wait to see some reviews on this thing.
When in TC mode the wattage you select will dictate how fast the coil reaches the desired temp. If you set it low it will slowly come up to temp. If you set it to 75 watts you will most likely hit temp protection within a second. Of course this is dependent on the resistance of your coil.
