    So what's the point of buying a SW when one of the main selling points is that you can use a kick with it. Why should you have to scrounge for the screw that enables you to use the Kick? Shouldn't it be included? I don't intend to use a Kick, but it doesn't make sense to me. What am I missing?

    Where did you get your SW? If you bought it from ENS, Jason sends the update kit. If you bought it from VC, Zen sends the update kit, but probably not as quickly as Jason. If you bought the SW in the Classys, you might want to contact that person as that's where the update kit would be sent...

    The SW tank is a different size than all the other tanks. Zen says there will eventually be a quartz tank for the SW. We don't know when and it could be a long time. In the meantime, we just top it up whenever we think about it, just like the SS tanks for the Miniis and Standards. Those tanks...

    I use my Prov/Z to check a battery every know and again. I've never used my multimeter. It's still in the package. I don't normally bother to check batteries. I just depend on the vapor production to tell me when to change batts..........

    Thanks, Out and Andy. That works and I will leave it like that. However, the top cap is so tight that the lock ring will not move. That doesn't make a lot of difference since I don't plan on using it anyway. I just now wondered if the screw in the bottom of the tank is one of those backward...

    Well, that's another problem. The top cap is not screwed down as tight as it could be, but it has to be that way to get the air hole in the right spot. Yes, I know I am supposed to be able to loosen the screw at the bottom of the tank, make the air hole adjustment, and then tighten it down...
