Poor experience with customer service/shipping
if you had used the USPS code that was provided it would have told you that day that it didnt mean your package had been shipped...only that they (the USPS) was awaiting your package to be shipped -

seems to me that the confirmation you got on the 14th was just the automated email that is sent when the shipping label is printed. I also placed an order at the same time with the same weekend and holiday delays, my order also didnt get actually shipped out till the 19th but I have NO issues... -

the flavor has significantly changed in a weeks time. It has gone from fowl to decent. I just ordered some sweetener to put in it though.- Kellyinbr

Rough Stack Thumb of Approval
I would have to second this comment, and add for the ladies that it is also purse friendly as well...I put mine in one of the inside pockets and have had no issues with it fingering on it's own.
